Little Habits, Big Wins when using Peri

Hi, I’m Peri! I’m really glad you’re here.

I was created specifically for perimenopause, a life stage that’s deeply personal, often confusing, and still far too under-explained. My job is simple: to quietly support you, help you understand what’s happening in your body, and give you clear, meaningful insight so you can make confident decisions that feel right for you.

To do that well, I rely on a few small habits. Nothing complicated. Just gentle routines that help me help you.

Here’s how to get the most out of Peri.

1. Let the app quietly do its thing

The MyPeri app works behind the scenes, collecting data from your Peri device throughout the day. No check-ins required.

For best results, leave the app running in the background (so try not to swipe it away). Sometimes your phone may close it automatically. If that happens, I’ll nudge you with a notification to reopen it.

Why it matters? The more complete your data, the clearer the patterns become, and the better I can support you with insight into what might help next.

2. Make battery changes part of your rhythm

Peri’s battery can last up to three days, but because I’m designed to be discreet (and because life is busy — that’s the whole point 😉), battery swaps are easy to forget.

A simple fix: change the battery every 24–48 hours, either when you wake up or as part of your bedtime routine. Whatever fits naturally into your day.

You’ll notice you have two batteries, that’s intentional. Keep one charging while the other is in use. When you swap them, place the used one straight onto the charger so it’s ready for next time. Easy, no thinking required.

3. Find what works for your body with adhesives

Peri adhesives are designed to move with you. You can shower, exercise, and go about your day as normal.

Each adhesive has two sides:

·      One that attaches to the Peri device

·      One biocompatible side that sits on your skin

Most adhesives last around 10–14 days, but everybody is different. Some women prefer changing them every 7 days (especially if they sweat more or experience hot flushes),while others wear them comfortably for longer.

The rule of thumb is simple: once it starts to loosen, it’s time to change it. When you do, switch Peri to the other side under the breast to give your skin a little rest.

I’ve got you

I’m genuinely excited to be part of your journey.

My goal is to give you clarity, context, and confidence, so you feel informed, supported, and empowered as you move through perimenopause.

You’re not doing this alone.
I’ve got you 💜
