General Use

‍Wearing the device
The Peri device is worn under the breast on either the right or left side of the body. It is secured to the skin using the supplied adhesive patch only. The minimum recommended wear time for the patch is 7-10 days but it is designed to be worn for up to 14 days.
When removing the adhesive, pull the edge of the adhesive and peel off. Do not pull the device from the skin to remove the adhesive.
After removing the adhesive patch, gently cleanse the skin with mild soap and water. When reapplying the device, switch to the other side of the body, to allow the skin to rest. Avoid prolonged use without repositioning or replacing the adhesive patch.
For optimal results it is recommended to keep the patch on for at least 7 days. Removing the patch earlier than this can cause irritation and redness at the application site.
If the device needs to be removed earlier than 7 days, it is recommended to leave the adhesive in place and detach the device from the adhesive. Removing the patch in the shower under warm running water will make it easier to remove if needed. When re-attaching the device, use a new adhesive on the other side of the body.
Peri is designed for 24/7 usage and can be worn during showers and baths.  It has been tested to an IPX8 rating, meaning it is dust-tight, providing full protection against dust ingress. The device is resistant to immersion in water up to a depth of 1 meter for a maximum of 60 minutes. Remove the device if swimming for longer than 60-mins, diving, snorkelling or other deep-water immersion.
Peri is designed to be worn in temperatures ranging from -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F). Avoid exposing the device and batteries to excessive heat. Remove the device if using a sauna or other hot environment, as there is a risk the metal plates at the back of the device could heat up and cause pain or skin damage.

Storage and maintenance
If the device and batteries are stored, they should be kept in a dry location between 0°C to 35°C (32°F to 95°F)
Do not use harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the materials. Ensure the device is completely dry before reattaching or wearing.
