



Heidi Davis is a scientist, and entrepreneur with a career spanning healthtech, biotechnology, and consumer wellness. With degrees in Human Nutrition and Molecular Medicine, she has been involved in major projects focused on chronic disease prevention and early detection. Over the past decade, she has brought science-backed consumer products to market, combining scientific rigor with user-centered design. As Enterprise Ireland’s Founder of the Year, she is dedicated to translating science into accessible solutions that improve women's health.

An internationally recognized physiologist, he has over 85 publications on energy metabolism and disease prevention, and previously spent 20 years as a professor at Dublin City University, founding the Centre for Preventive Medicine. A member of the European Space Agency Medical Board, Donal brings deep expertise in health monitoring and large-scale research to the mission of improving women’s health through wearable-enabled insights. He is passionate about applying scientific innovation to create more equitable, data-driven healthcare for women.

Dr. Pauline Maki is a Professor of Psychiatry, Psychology, and Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Illinois Chicago. A renowned researcher on women’s cognitive and emotional health during menopause, she has authored over 200 publications on estrogen, mood, and memory. She serves as Past President of the North American Menopause Society and is widely recognized for her work translating neuroscience into better care for midlife women.

The immediate past president of the American Society for Preventive Cardiology and a professor of cardiology at the Houston Methodist DeBakey Heart and Vascular Center, where she directs the Davis Women’s Heart Center. Previously, she was a professor at the Smidt Heart Institute at Cedars-Sinai, leading prevention and women’s heart health programs. Author of Saving Women’s Hearts, she also chaired the first national chest pain guidelines from the American Heart Association and American College of Cardiology.

Dr. Kristine Yaffe is a world leader in cognitive aging and dementia research, holding joint professorships in Neurology, Psychiatry, and Epidemiology at the University of California, San Francisco. Her pioneering work established the link between midlife health factors and late-life cognitive decline. Author of over 700 scientific papers, Dr. Yaffe’s insights have shaped global strategies for brain health and disease prevention across the lifespan.
