Start a return
Click ‘Start a Return’ on this page to sign in to the Shopify account used to place your order. You can also ask our chatbot Laila to help you start a return. If you can’t access your account, email info@myperi.co with “Return Request” in the subject line and include: your order number, the email used on the order, reason for return, and whether you want a refund or replacement.
We’ll review your request and email you with next steps.
